Reservations

Full reservation management is provided from availability searching to owner statement printing.  Booking, viewing, changing, and canceling reservations is just the surface of this comprehensive reservation system. The reservation process automatically calculates rent, taxes, commissions, travel insurance, security deposits, charges, fees, due dates, and more.  Complete payment history is maintained for each reservation, including credit card payment information.  From reservation confirmations and guest license agreements to housekeeping reports, owner statements, and 1099’s, RMS provides a wealth of reservation reports.  Over 100 standard reports are available in a complete installation.  Also, custom reports can be created using the report generator – included with the base RMS.  Owner statements provide owners with reservation information, including the dates of stay, rental amount, commission, and other deductions and can be reprinted at any time.  Owner reserve management is automatic and easy to setup.  Unlimited categorized notes can be attached to a reservation, a unit, an owner, or a mailing address entry.  Complete e-mail and postal address management is integrated into the reservation process. Guest information is stored indefinitely, including e-mail addresses that may be used to e-mail confirmations.  Names and addresses may be reused automatically each year for return guests, marketing, and advertising purposes. Contact information can be printed or exported for direct mailings or email campaigns.

Accounting

Integrated general ledger system tracks all activity using double-entry accounting.
Prints Owner Statements and automatically prints owner checks to simplify monthly procedures!
The Deposit System tracks both cash and credit card payments providing easy reconciliation to bank deposits.
Annual 1099s to all owners are printed on the 1099 form and an IRS 1099 Magnetic Media File can also be created!
An integrated check payables system is used for vendor payables, reservation cancellation refunds, security deposit refunds and other check requirements.

Work Orders

A complete work order system is available for tracking work orders as they progress through the reported, work is in progress, completed, billed and archived stages.
