We feel very comfortable with the value for the $'s spent. We appreciate the ease of being able to go in and out of different menu items without having to go out of what we are working in. We are particularly pleased with the reservation process. Once the reservation is in place, RMS draws all the information from the reservation as well as the unit information and provides a print out of the guest Rental Agreement and Reservation Confirmation for signatures. RMS keeps track of all reservations and applies them to the appropriate Homeowner Statement, breaking out Gross, Commission, Repairs, Cleaning, Homeowner Credits and Debits. RMS keeps track of Work Orders and Invoices through Payables. RMS is quick to respond to any operational questions we have and whenever there are updates to the program, we are informed and they are downloaded without problems.

When our small business made the switch to RMS I freaked. My palms where perspiring so much when I was "logging in" I thought for sure I would get electrocuted and short circuit the key board as the sweat dripped. That however was then...now watch out.
